Finding a call or certain group of calls has never been easier; an advanced filter provides for an accurate search of the database for both historical calls and calls in progress.
Xarios Call Recorder has features specifically for the caller, the agent, the supervisor and the administrator.
Supervisors can log into Xarios Call Recorder server home page simply by using MS/Internet Explorer and select ‘Recordings’ from the web site menu. Xarios Call Recorder will display a table of recordings for the most recent calls permitted for viewing, in addition to a filter page to allow a supervisor to narrow the search for recorded calls.
