Tom brings over 12 years’ experience from the audio-visual industry, where reliability, clear communication and getting the detail right are non-negotiable. That background is a great fit for Ocean — because the best business phone and connectivity solutions aren’t just about the technology, they’re about how well it’s delivered, supported and adopted.

From consultation and design through to ongoing support and dedicated account management, our team is here to guide you at every step.
Tom’s role is a big part of that. He’ll be working closely with customers to understand day-to-day challenges, help shape the right solution, and make sure everything stays on track after go-live.

Outside of work, Tom’s a football fan, enjoys playing in a local pool league, and is a proud dad to a 5-year-old son. You’ll also find him running or cycling… but only when it’s sunny, above 10°C, and not windy.
