Call Forwarding
Q. How do I forward my calls? A.  Lift the handset and press DND/FWD or dial 554 then press 1
  • Internal – Enter an extension number or hunt group number
  • Voicemail – Enter 401 to forward straight to voicemail
  • External – Enter 9 then a telephone number or press the SPEED button and enter the speed dial number
To cancel any forward that is set press lift the handset and press DND/FWD or dial 554 then press #
Call Logs
Q. How do I access the call logs? A.  Press the button labelled as Call Logs then select 1 for Received, 2 for Dialled, 3 for Missed.  Then scroll through the list of calls using the volume up and down buttons.  Press Hold/Save to dial the number currently shown in the display. To program a button on your phone for Call Logs follow the ‘Programming Buttons’ section
Conferencing (Adhoc)
Q. How do I setup a conference call? A.
  • With a caller on the line press the button labelled ‘Speed/Conf’
  • Call the next party in usual way for either an internal or external number.
  • When that call is answered press the Speed/Conf button twice which will connect all parties to the call.
  • Repeat the process for any additional parties
There is a limit of 4 people in a conference
Directory
Q. How do I access the system directory? A.  Press the Speed/Conf button twice then press 1 for Internal, 3 for System Speed Dials (external).  Scroll through the directory by using the volume up and down buttons or use the search by name feature (example below).  Press Hold/Save to dial the number currently shown in the display. Enter a name using the following example:  Jenny – press 5 then 1 for J (J being on button 5 and 1 being the 1st letter on the 5 button).  3 – 2 (for E).
Do Not Disturb
Q. How do I enable DND? A.  Press the DND/FWD button or dial 553 to enable and disable
Headset
Q. How do I enable headset mode on my phone? A.  To enable or disable headset mode
  • To enable headset mode press TRANS/PGM 1 9 1 then Hold/Save
  • To enable headset mode press TRANS/PGM 1 9 0 then Hold/Save
Holding Calls
Q. How do I put a call on hold? A.  Whilst on a call press Hold/Save button, you can then replace the handset.  To return to the call press the Hold/Save button or the flashing Call button
Picking up a Call
Q. How do I pickup a ringing call from my phone? A.  To pickup a call ringing elsewhere, either:
  • Press the button assigned as Pick Up
  • or
  • Dial 556 to pickup calls in your group
  • or
  • Dial *77 followed by the extension number or *77 then a pre-programmed button for an extension
Programming Buttons
Q. How do I program buttons on my phone for extensions? A. With the handset down press TRANS/PGM then press the button to program and enter the extension number or group number to store Q. How do I program buttons on my phone for features? A. With the handset down press TRANS/PGM then press the button to program then press TRANS/PGM again then enter the feature code to store.  Some common feature codes are listed below:
  • 57 – Call Logs
  • 80 – Record Call
Record a Call
Q. How do I record calls on my phone? A. Whilst you are on a call press the button labelled Record The recording is then saved into your voicemail mailbox once the call has ended To program a button on your phone follow the ‘Programming Buttons’ section
Ring Tone
Q. How do I change the ring tone on my phone? A. You can change the Internal and External ring tones to be different
  • To change the Internal ring tone press TRANS/PGM 1 1 then dial the two digit ring tone 01 – 15 then press Hold/Save to store
  • To change the External ring tone press TRANS/PGM 1 2 then dial the two digit ring tone 01 – 15 then press Hold/Save to store
Ring Volume
Q. How do I change the ringing volume on my phone? A. With the handset down press the volume up and down buttons whilst your phone is ringing until you get to the volume you require.
Transferring a Call
Q. How do I transfer a call? A.  Whilst the call is live on your phone press the TRANS/PGM button then:
  • To transfer to an internal extension dial the extension number
  • To transfer to an external number dial 9 then the telephone number
  • To transfer to a mailbox press TRANS/PGM then press the Call Back button then the extension number
If you want to cancel the transfer button press TRANS/PGM or press the flashing Call button . If you have a pre-programmed button for an internal user you do not need to press the transfer button first.
Voicemail (Access)
Q. How do I access my own voicemail? A. Dial 401 then enter your extension number and passcode Q. How do I access someone elses voicemail? A. Dial 401 then enter their extension number and passcode
Voicemail (Greeting)
Q. How do I change my greeting? A. Dial 401 then enter your extension number and passcode.  Once into your mailbox dial 8 for greeting then 1 to edit your greeting.  Follow the prompts to record, playback, save etc.
Voicemail (New Messages)
Q. How do I access new messages? A. Your message button should be flashing to indicate new message.  Press the flashing message button, then enter your extension number and passcode.  Follow the prompts to listen to the new messages. You can press # to skip past the date/time and callers number.  
Voicemail (Options)
Q. What options do I have after I have listened to a message? A. You have the following options at the end of the message:
  • 1 – replay the message
  • 2 – reply
  • 3 – forward the message
  • 5 – to listen to the message envelope
  • 7 – save the message
  • 9 – delete the message
Q. What options do I have whilst listening to a message? A. You have the following options whilst listening to a message
  • # – to skip to the end of the message
  • 1 – to go back 5 seconds
  • 2 – to stop playback (press 2 to resume)
  • 3 – to go forward 5 seconds
  • 5 – to play the message envelope
  • 7 – save the message
  • 9 – delete the message
Voicemail (Passcode)
Q. How do I change my voicemail passcode? A. Dial 2501 then enter your passcode which in default may be your extension number and # or just #.  Once into your mailbox dial 4 then 3 then follow the prompts. If you forget your passcode then please contact us to reset it
Voicemail (Save Messages)
Q. How do I access my saved messages? A. Dial 2501 then enter your passcode which in default may be your extension number and # or just #.  Once into your mailbox press 3 to access saved messages.
