iPECS Mobile Applications

When using IPECS Cloud mobile as an app on your smartphone it will use data either Wi-Fi or 3G/4G etc.  Sometimes you will find you have mobile voice signal but no data and IPECS cloud does not function properly.  Without a good stable data connection you may experience poor voice quality and drop outs.

iPhone-UCE-Mobile-App User Guide

From the App Store download the app named ‘iPECS UCE+’

When you open the app add the ID and password for your account to the ‘ID’ and ‘Password’ fields and select the ‘Auto Login’ option.

Then click the menu icon in the top right and select ‘Server’ then add the server address that we provide you.  This differs depending on the customer.

Go back and then in Network enable ‘Use Mobile Network’ and ‘ LTE Only Mode’

Go back to the login page and select Done and then you can select Login at the bottom. You should then be logged in with options along the bottom including Call.  You can test by dialling another internal number or an external number.
