Fixing Call Issues
Follow these steps to resolve problems with making or receiving calls:
Check Browser Permissions
Make sure you’ve allowed microphone access in your browser settings.

Click the lock icon in your address bar and ensure microphone permissions are set to “Allow”.
Configure Wildix to use ‘Web’
Within Collaboration, please set to ‘Web’

Note to self: Test WebRTC functionality at webrtc.org/testing
Wildix Sound Settings
Ensure your speakers, ringing and microphone settings are all set to reflect the headset being used.

Echo Test
Now that everything is configured, please run an echo test. This will play back the audio from your microphone to confirm that both your speakers and microphone are working properly.

Remember to click ‘Save’.

Fixing Audio Issues
Follow these steps to resolve sound problems:
Check Audio Device Selection
Make sure the correct audio devices are selected in Wildix settings.
Go to Settings > Audio/Video and select your preferred speakers and microphone.
Test System Audio
Verify that your system audio is working properly.

Play a test sound in Windows Sound settings to confirm your speakers are working.
Adjust Browser Settings
Check that your browser isn’t muting the tab or site.

Right-click on browser tab to check if the site is muted.

Fixing Notification Issues
Follow these steps to resolve notification problems:
Check Browser Notification Permissions
Ensure you’ve allowed notifications in your browser.

Click the lock icon in your address bar and ensure notifications are set to “Allow”.
Verify Windows Notification Settings
Make sure Windows notifications are enabled for your browser.

Go to Windows Settings > System > Notifications and check browser settings.
Check Wildix Notification Settings
Verify that notifications are enabled within Wildix Collaboration.

Go to Settings > Notifications and ensure all relevant options are enabled.
